Dispersing agent for dyeings with vat, disperse and naphthol dyes
PERIGEN DLA is used for dyeing of cellulosics with vat and naphthol dyes as well as for dyeing of polyester in the slightly acid or alkaline medium.
PERIGEN DLA is a dispersing agent for pigments as vat, disperse and naphthol dyes. It shows no wetting or washing power and does not retard vat and disperse dyes.
PERIGEN DLA is fully effective also under HT-conditions. Thus providing an excellent dispersion stability of disperse dyeings. PERIGEN DLA prevents dye agglomerations when cooling incompletely exhausted dye baths.
For the alkaline dyeing of polyester PERIGEN DLA is combined with PERIBUFFER PDA. With PERIBUFFER PDA an initial pH value of approx. 9.5 is set. During dyeing the pH value is reduced to approx. 8.5.
The combination of PERIGEN DLA and PERIBUFFER PDA allows for good reproducibility of dyeings.
