Levelling agent for the dyeing of wool with acid dyes and polyamide with acid, 1:2 metal complex and disperse dyes, especially suitable for differential dyeing process
PERIGEN DAM is used for the dyeing of polyamide with acid, metal complex and disperse dyes. In case of wool it is also used for dyeings with acid dyes. Main fields of application are hosiery and carpet dyeing, dyeing of cross-wound bobbins of wool, piece dyeing of wool and polyamide.
PERIGEN DAM is an excellent levelling agent for the dyeing of wool and polyamide. It has proven successfully in the dyeing of hosiery. Another field of application of PERIGEN DAM is the carpet dyeing. At differential dyeing of modified polyamide a clear colour contrast can be achieved.
The product has excellent wetting properties and is very low foaming, thus a floating of the goods is avoided. If PERIGEN DAM is used for soaping excess dyes are taken off very effectively resulting in a distinctive improvement of the crock and washing fastnesses. Unlevel batches can be levelled with PERIGEN DAM and faulty dyeings can be stripped.
