PERIGEN CD conc. effects a levelled absorption of disperse dyes of different constitutions during the heating-up period. In the HT range PERIGEN CD conc. has a levelling but not retarding effect. In the range below 100 °C PERIGEN CD conc. acts as dyeing accelerator.
PERIGEN CD conc. is also suitable for the rapid dying process. The application of the auxiliary helps to achieve levelled dyeings even with high heating rates, leading to shorter process runtime.
PERIGEN CD conc. has good dispersing properties and avoids agglomerations of disperse dyes.
In slightly acid as well as in alkaline polyester dyeings PERIGEN CD conc. shows a good levelling and penetrating effect of the fibre under atmospherical and also under HT conditions.
