Weighting agent without influence on the handle as well as lubricant for hosiery boarding forms
PERIFORAN is used for weighting or for lubrication of hosiery boarding forms.
PERIFORAN is used for the following application purposes:
Weighting agent indifferent to handle:
Due to its high content of active substance PERIFORAN can be used for weighting of wovens and knitwear. The influence on handle and hydrophilicity by PERIFORAN is very low. PERIFORAN does not cause any yellowing of white goods.
PERIFORAN contains high quantities of hydrophilic waxes. Depending on the quantity used the weight of the fabric can be increased by up to 20 %. The effect is not wash-resistant.
Lubricant for hosiery boarding forms:
The waxes contained in PERIFORAN reduce the friction between boarding form and tights, thus easing the mounting of the tights.
Due to the hydrophilicity of the waxes residues of PERIFORAN on the tights can be easily washed off.
