Silicone free and mineral oil free antifoaming agent
PERIFOAM TOP is used in washing, dyeing, printing and in finishing process to prevent foam formation. The product has also proven to be successful in combating foam formation in waste water.
A special field of application for this product is in carpet dyeing, as in contrast to silicone based antifoam agents, pH electrodes are not rendered inactive by PERIFOAM TOP.
PERIFOAM TOP is a highly effective mineral oil free and silicone free antifoaming agent based on natural raw materials. It’s a well biodegradable product. The field of application extends to acidic, neutral and cold, weak alkaline media. PERIFOAM TOP is not suitable for strongly alkaline bleaching and dyeing processes.
The product develops its action as well in cold as in hot liquors, particularly at temperatures over 100 °C. Even extended circulation of liquor does not impair its effect. PERIFOAM TOP, therefore, is particularly suitable for application in jet dyeing machines.
