Lubricant and additive for native and synthetic fibres
PERIFIL 116 V is used for the following applications:
-After-waxing of cotton warps on over-waxing machines
-Smoothening additive used in sizing liquors
-Raising finish for synthetic fibres using the padding method
-Sewability improving additive using the padding method
PERIFIL 116 V provides the fabric with a smooth surface and good gliding properties. This leads to less friction between fabric and machine parts.
As raising finish for synthetic fibres PERIFIL 116 V provides the fabric with an evenly raised pile which leads to a uniform appearance of the fabric. The product offers a well-balanced stick-slip capacity, resulting in an optimal raising effect. It shows no tendency to yellowing under hot air fixation conditions.
As finishing additive PERIFIL 116 V effectively improves the sewability of textile surfaces.
No influences on colour fastness are to be expected.
PERIFIL 116 V is low foaming and guarantees an easy handling during liquor preparation, padding, liquor feeding and machine cleaning. The product can be supplied in containers. PERIFIL 116 V is suitable for pumps and can be used for dosage machines with central liquor preparation.
