Bath exhaustion lubricant for sewing threads, embroidery threads and yarns made of viscose and polyester
PERIFIL 4000 is used for lubrication of sewing and emboidery threads as well as weaving and knitting yarns made of viscose and polyester. The product is applied in bath exhaustion process.
PERIFIL 4000 is an excellent lubricant on the basis of a well balanced combination of highly molecular waxes and oily substances. It is highly recommended for sewing and embroidery threads as well as weaving and knitting yarns made of viscose and polyester.
The lubricant can be used for finishing of filament or fibre threads. It is applied after dyeing in the dyeing apparatus. The product exhausts completely from the lubrication bath.
PERIFIL 4000 provides threads and yarns with very good gliding properties and efficiently impairs a stick slip effect. The lubricant increases the abrasion resistance of the threads and reduces the abrasion of fibre hairs significantly.
Due to its versatile functionality, PERIFIL 4000 ensures a perfect processing under the most difficult conditions.
PERIFIL 4000 has nearly no self-colour, is very resistant to yellowing and does not impair the lustre of embroidery threads using the recommended application quantity.
