PERIFIL 27/R

PERIFIL 27/R has been especially designed as a lubricant for yarns. It reduces the slipping resistance and gives perfect gliding properties. The low quantity of lubricant needed for obtaining good friction values is remarkable. Besides the improvement of gliding properties PERIFIL 27/R gives also an excellent handle to the finished yarn. The product shows a very low tendency to yellowing and can also be used on light shades and optically brightened fabrics. During drying neither migration to the surface of the cone nor sublimation occurs. PERIFIL 27/R is resistant to pressure dryers, even at temperatures up to a 140 °C. The time necessary for drying is reduced compared to yarns treated with normal softeners. The dyeing is not influenced by PERIFIL 27/R. The lubricant can be removed by washing with 2 g/l PERLAVIN NIC at 70 °C if necessary.
