Thermo-stable yarn lubricant for polyester and polyamide
Polyester and polyamide yarns as well as their blends on cross bobbins.
PERIFIL TSP is a thermostable lubricant on the basis of a well balanced combination of highly molecular waxes and oily substances. It offers very good gliding and antistatic properties to polyester and polyamide yarns and their blends with cellulosic fibres. An abrasion of fibre hairs or surface oligomers is effectively avoided.
At higher temperatures PERIFIL TSP exhausts completely from the lubricating bath.
The product has an extremely low volatility, even at very high drying and fixing temperatures.
It shows a low yellowing tendency and therefore can also be used on white goods.
PERIFIL TSP is silicone-free. The product can be easily washed out.
