Bath exhaustion lubricant for filament yarns made of polyester and polyamide
PERIFIL SAP/R is used for lubrication of filament threads made of polyester or polyamide in bath exhaustion process.
PERIFIL SAP/R is an excellent yarn lubricant which is applied after dyeing or bleaching in the dyeing apparatus. PERIFIL SAP/R exhausts water clear without leaving any residues in the dyeing apparatus.
PERIFIL SAP/R gives synthetic yarns the necessary smoothness and antistatic which is required for an optimal processing.
PERIFIL SAP/R offers yarns very good gliding properties. The lubricant film on the yarn surface binds oligomers. Thus a formation of dust during processing is avoided.
PERIFIL SAP/R has nearly no self-colour, is resistant to yellowing and does not impair the lustre of the yarns.
