PERIFIL ROC/R

PERIFIL ROC/R is an excellent sewing thread lubricant which is applied after dyeing or bleaching in the dyeing apparatus. It exhausts from the bath completely without leaving any residues in the dyeing apparatus. PERIFIL ROC/R gives to synthetic sewing threads the required smoothness and heat resistance. This is achieved by selected waxes and highly viscous silicone oils. The adhesion of PERIFIL ROC/R on the fibre is excellent, thus avoiding an abrasion during subsequent sewing. PERIFIL ROC/R offers very good gliding properties to polyester and polyamide sewing threads. A stick-slip effect does not occur. The increased fastness to abrasion of the threads treated with PERIFIL ROC/R and their perfect sewability even under difficult sewing conditions is remarkable. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread where it is effectively absorbed by the lubricant. PERIFIL ROC/R has nearly no self-colour, is resistant to yellowing and does not impair the lustre of the yarns.
