Lubricant for sewing and embroidery threads made of polyester and polyamide as well as for embroidery yarns made of viscose
PERIFIL PA 45 is a lubricant for sewing and embroidery threads made of polyester, polyamide and rayon to be applied by the lick roll technique.
PERIFIL PA 45 is also suitable for application on metallic embroidery yarn (for example Lurex) by lick roll.
PERIFIL PA 45 is an excellent lubricant for sewing threads and embroidery yarns.
The product contains anti-corrosive additives and therefore it does not cause any problems on lick-roll devices which do not consist of stainless steel in all parts.
PERIFIL PA 45 provides synthetic sewing threads and embroidery yarns with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. This is achieved by carefully selected waxes and highly viscous silicone oils. The adhesion of the lubricant on the fibre is excellent, thus avoiding an abrasion during sewing.
Threads treated with PERIFIL PA 45 offer good gliding properties; a stick-slip effect is avoided.
The increased abrasion resistance of the threads treated with PERIFIL PA 45 and their perfect sewability even under difficult sewing conditions is remarkable. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread where it is effectively absorbed by the lubricant.
The product is indifferent to dyestuffs and fibres, a migration of dyestuff will not be created.
