PERIFIL GTN/R

PERIFIL GTN/R is an excellent lubricant for sewing threads, which is applied by lick roll technique. PERIFIL GTN/R is anti-corrosive so that it can be used even on lick roll machinery which is not made of stainless steel. PERIFIL GTN/R offers very good gliding properties to polyester and polyamide yarns and blends thereof with cellulosic fibres. An abrasion of fibre fluffs or surface oligomeres is effectively avoided. The fibre-metal-friction is lowered distinctly. This results in less wear of metal parts during processing of the yarns and furthermore static charges are avoided due to the antistatic effect. The oily consistency of the active substances allows for a better adherence of surface oligomeres, thus considerably reducing a dusting of the yarns during processing. PERIFIL GTN/R has nearly no self-colour, is resistant to yellowing and does not impair the lustre of the yarns.
