PERICOAT PES is preferably applied by padding. Furthermore, it can be applied by paste and foam coating in combination with other polymer dispersions. When combining PERICOAT PES with other polymers pretrials are recommended.
PERICOAT PES is a stiffening agent for all kinds of fibres. Particularly good effects can be obtained on polyester and polyester blends. The product forms hard but flexible films. Usually, the finished fabrics show nor, or only slight stress whitening
When using PERICOAT PES in combination with flame-retardant auxiliaries it does hardly impair the flame retardant properties.
