Amphoteric detergent for the production of foam formulations
PERICOAT FOAMER HPO is used as a foaming agent for the preparation of foamable formulations.
By using PERICOAT FOAMER HPO compositions for unstable, metastable or stable foam coatings can be prepared. For metastable and stable foam coatings an additional foam stabilizer is necessary for stabilizing the foam. We recommend PERICOAT STABILIZER STA as foam stabilizer.
As a thickening agent for foamable formulations we recommend PERIPRINT TA. To adjust the desired viscosity, first the formulation has to be set to pH 9 – 10 with ammonia and than thickened with PERIPRINT TA.
PERICOAT FOAMER HPO is a foaming agent for foam coatings. The product is characterised by its excellent foaming properties.
In combination with fluorocarbons the water and oil repellent effects are not affected by PERICOAT FOAMER HPO.
